uni-assist
Many universities process international applications through uni-assist, which checks documents and forwards eligible applications. Some universities accept direct applications instead. Always confirm the route on the program page.
VPD
A VPD (Vorprüfungsdokumentation) is issued by uni-assist for a specific university. It documents the certificates reviewed and the German-grade evaluation. You normally submit it yourself to the university before that university's deadline.
